Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data 3Dream handles and where it lives. The short version: we store your designs so you can use them, we do not sell data, and we keep third parties to the minimum needed to run the product.

What we store, and where

  • Account: sign-in is handled by Clerk. They hold your email, name, and authentication details; we store your user id and email to attach projects and credits to you.
  • Projects: your plans and settings are stored in Cloudflare D1 (our database), and generated images and project covers in Cloudflare R2 (file storage).
  • Payments: purchases run through Stripe. We store only the credit amount, timestamp, and Stripe's reference id, never card details.
  • Usage records: we keep a ledger of credit grants and spends, AI job metadata (model, status, timing), and an error log, to run the service and support you.

AI providers

When you use AI features, the content needed to fulfil the request, your plan data, your instruction, and any photo you attach, is sent to the selected model provider (Anthropic for Claude models, xAI for Grok models and image renders). We send only what the request needs and no advertising identifiers.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your data.
  • We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
  • We do not read your private projects except when needed to fix a problem you report.

Sharing you control

Private projects are visible only to you. If you publish to the gallery or create a share link, that project (and its cover image) becomes visible to others until you unpublish it.

Retention and deletion

Projects stay until you delete them. Deleting a project removes it from the app immediately; residual copies in backups age out on the backup cycle. If you want your whole account and data removed, contact us and we will delete it.
