Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy
Who runs this service
3Dream is a 3D home-design web app: you draw floor plans, view them in 2D and 3D, and optionally use AI to design and render them. It is operated by Daniel Farina, an independent developer. Contact: elchileno@gmail.com or abuse@3dream.xyz.
How we promote 3Dream
3Dream is never advertised by unsolicited email, SMS, chat or social media messages — not by the operator, and not by anyone acting for us. We have no affiliates, resellers or marketing partners, and we do not buy email lists or pay anyone to send messages about the service.
The only promotion is the operator's own public posts on X: x.com/daniel_farinax.
If you received an unsolicited message that mentions or links to 3Dream, it did not come from us and was not authorised by us. Please report it (see below) so we can act on it.
What is prohibited
- Sending spam or any unsolicited bulk or commercial messages (email, SMS, messaging apps, social media, comments, forums) that mention or link to 3Dream, a 3Dream project, a share link or a gallery page.
- Uploading, hosting or linking to phishing pages, malware, or content designed to deceive people or steal credentials.
- Uploading or publishing illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Using share links, public projects or images as a vehicle for any of the above, or attempting to breach the security of the service.
Enforcement
Violations lead to termination of the account and removal of the content, without refund of unused credits obtained through abuse. Where appropriate we preserve evidence and cooperate with hosting providers, registrars and law enforcement.
Email abuse@3dream.xyz or elchileno@gmail.com. Please include the link(s) involved and, for spam, the full message with its headers. We respond within 48 hours.
Security issues can be reported the same way; see also /.well-known/security.txt.
