These terms govern your use of 3Dream, the home-design studio at 3dream.xyz (also reachable at casai.askhere.ai) ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3Dream lets you draw floor plans, view them in 2D and 3D, generate designs and images with AI, and share or publish your projects. Manual design tools are free. AI features (design chat and photoreal renders) consume credits.
You need an account (via our sign-in provider, Clerk) to save projects. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use paid features.
Credits are prepaid usage units for AI features only (design chat and photoreal renders). Manual design tools do not consume credits. There is no free AI trial — new accounts have no AI credits until you buy a pack. Credits are sold in packs, processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Credits are not money, carry no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Per-action credit costs are shown on the pricing page and may change; changes never reduce a balance you already hold.
If an AI request fails, the credits it charged are refunded to your balance automatically. Unused credit packs can be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase on request; credits that have been spent are not refundable. Contact us (support address in the site footer) with your account email and we will sort it out.
You own the plans, designs, and renders you create. You grant us the licence needed to store and display them to you, and, only if you publish a project to the public gallery or share a link, to display it to others. You can unpublish or delete your projects at any time. Do not upload content you have no right to use, and do not use the service for anything unlawful.
AI-generated layouts and renders are produced by third-party models and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for construction. 3Dream output is a design aid, not architectural, engineering, or legal advice. Always have a licensed professional verify plans before building anything.
Do not abuse the service: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, resell access, overwhelm the API, or generate content that is illegal or infringes others' rights. We may throttle, suspend, or close accounts that do.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We work to keep it fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service entirely we will give you a reasonable window to export your projects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI output.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
